HVAC donation addresses heat concerns at Day Resource Center

A recent contribution to the Day Resource Center was timely, as the repair of an air conditioning unit and donation of a full unit arrives at the same time as summer heats up.
Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council (WDEOC) CEO Anna Cardarella said two of the exterior units cooling the building stopped working; one needed repairs and another needed to be replaced. The cost to address the issues was estimated at $11,000, which was a cost they did not account for even though the support they have seen to their capital campaign.
