Day Resource Center in Eau Claire now Fully Open

The newly opened Day Resource Center in Eau Claire reached another milestone in helping those experiencing homelessness. Community members and leaders cut the ribbon Thursday to fully open the facility. The day shelter opened for use at the end of December.
