One Better Way Campaign goes up to $5.3M with awarding of state grant

With the awarding of a $600,000 state grant, Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council (WDEOC) is now just over a million dollars away from their campaign goal.
The funding was approved by the Wisconsin State Building Commission through the Non-State Grant Program as part of investments into community development and public service projects. Of the applicants, 71 were awarded a total of $248 million investing into projects throughout the state.
